Report unnecessary red tape!

The Confederation of Employers calls on businesses to point out those laws and regulatory requirements that create unnecessary costs, waste time or prevent flexible working.
We have been working for years to reduce unnecessary administrative burdens and simplify the business environment. The Zero Bureaucracy project was an important step in this direction, and although the Zero Bureaucracy project has been completed today, the problem of administrative burdens is still an issue. Both the European Commission and the Government of the Republic have committed to reducing administrative burdens in their Action Plans, so now is the right time to draw attention to specific bottlenecks.
Here’s a call for ideas – let’s help the country find ways to reduce administrative burdens and how!
As April is the month of the great purge, now is the time to prepare and get the bureaucracy in order, and to weed out unnecessary commitments and hand them over to the government before Good Friday. Proposals are welcome until 4 April.
If you have any questions, please contact Raul Aron, advisor-analyst at the Confederation of Employers, raul(at)employers.ee.

Please let us know about regulations that waste your time and money!
We only ask for your contact details below so that we can ask you any further questions you may have.
Please describe the administrative burden in sufficient detail so that we can direct it to the right ministry or authority.
It would also be helpful if you could immediately suggest ways to solve the problem, for example by consolidating, eliminating, digitising or innovating around duplicate obligations.
The more precise information we have about the nature of the problem, the better we can stand up for you.
