Radio programme “Employers’ Hour”

In the “Employers ‘Hour’ series, we will discuss what Estonian businesses and leaders need to do to move Estonia from the top of Eastern Europe to the top of Western Europe. We will cover education, tax-economic space, healthcare, the labour market, innovation and the green revolution. The series is based on the employers” manifesto “It’s time to be ahead of the times”, which formulated half a hundred proposals with one goal – to ensure the prosperity of Estonia’s businesses and people.
The programme is broadcast on Äripäev radio.

Although recruiting from abroad is more complicated, time-consuming and expensive than recruiting from Estonia, employers have to do it for different reasons. Risto Mäeots, Head of Magnetic MRO, Erkki Keldo, Estonian Minister of Economic Affairs and Industry, and Ain Käpp, Head of the Labour Market Working Group of the Confederation of Estonian Employers, take part in the programme.
