Membership fee

Membership of the Estonian Employers “Confederation is open to all employers and employers” associations acting as legal entities.

The General Assembly of the Confederation adopted the new Membership Fee Regulation on 20.09.2023. The new membership fee rates will apply from 01.04.2024.

The membership fee to the employer is 0.1% of the labour costs.
The membership fee to a professional association is 0.025% of the sum of the labour costs of its members.

The minimum membership fee is €1,000 and the maximum is €8,000. As from 01.04.25, the membership fee will be capped at EUR 9000.

The amount of the membership fee is set for the financial year of the Employers’ Confederation (1 April – 31 March).
The membership fee is payable in four equal instalments by the first day of each quarter on the basis of an invoice.
