17.02.2016 detailed rules of procedure for the election of the council (draft) – to be approved by the general assembly.

1. Any member is entitled to stand as a candidate for membership of the Board of Commissioners.
2. The application for nomination must be submitted in writing by the date specified in the invitation to the General Meeting of the Board of Directors (10.02.2016).
3. Each member attending the general meeting will be given a ballot paper to sign, listing in alphabetical order the names of the candidates who have submitted their nominations by the deadline.
4. Voting is by secret ballot. Completed ballot papers must be placed in the ballot box.
5. A ballot paper on which up to 30 candidates are marked is considered valid. Incomplete ballot papers or ballot papers on which more than 30 candidates are marked will not be counted.
6. Voting will take 15 minutes, after which the ballot box will be closed. The counting of the votes shall be carried out by a counting committee, the composition of which shall be approved by the General Meeting before the vote is taken.
7. Candidates who receive more votes than others are elected. In the event of a tie, the person with the most employees or whose members employ the largest number of employees shall be elected.
8. The chairman of the committee responsible for counting the votes shall announce the results of the vote.
